Hi everyone! I have a cleaning question. I bought this rug when my dog was a puppy a few months ago- its an indoor/outdoor rug. It says that you can even wash it off with the hose.

My dog kept peeing on it and peeing on it. 
I was so tired of spot cleaning, i packed it up in my car to take to the cleaners. None of the ones around us do rugs, so it sat in my car for a couple months.
I took it out today and try to use the Bissell little green steam cleaner, but the spots are still looking a little yellow, (Its still a little damp)
I spent some decent money on it, so what is a good cleaner for urine on a light blue and ivory rug?
P.s It says its "bleachable" but how should I do that? I also have Oxy Clean in the house.
