Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Also how do you do the credit check and the background check? Is there a website that you use? does it cost alot to do.
Hi, The realtor runs the checks for us, they are about $30 ea time depending on how many peoples credit you are running at the same time (husbands, wives, roomates etc..) I am on the road now but have a meeting at my shop tonight...if I have a sec before it starts I will send it from there, if not I will do it from home later.
I don't know how you would do it without a realtor.
