Anyone "catching up" from this wknds posts?

I haven't posted since Thursday and would say I consider myself a regular on TN (and started posting on TK early in 2010, I think)...but wow, I can't believe what went down this since Thursday.

Now that the weddings are over, the only thing that really keeps us "together" is the bonds/stories we've shared over the past months/years (for some), but for my two cents my post has no really intentions, just to say that I do enjoy this board. If I don't like something, I don't read/post and sometimes, if I'm in a catty post, my posts will reflect that.

I haven't been on since probably Thursday between NYE and going away over the weekend. I just read Liz's post and am curious as to what happened.

Things were always pretty good over on TK and it wasnt' all puppies and rainbows either. Guess I better keep reading to see what I missed.

Same here! I know I really was only a lurker on TK and it took me a little bit to start posting over here. But when I woke up this morning to all this stuff I was shocked. Frankly I was just wondering where you and a few others had gone, and wasn't sure who "left" and didn't.

Took me awhile to figure out what even happened.  I also missed a lot apparently by being MIA for the long weekend.  I have zero intention of getting involved in this.  I'm just going to continue to post on topics I like, and skip the ones I don't.

Umm I had to come back and clarify.. I thought I knew what you were referring to, as I checked the posts quickly in the afternoon yesterday and saw what was happening.  I had no idea it had gotten that much crazier.  I had to come back and say WOW!, now that I've actually caught up.

IMHO, we all just need to take a deep breath. There was some drama based on some remarks that were made by an "oldie" that some "newbies" thought was snarky, and now some people are leaving and just staying in contact through FB. Why there are oldie and newbie labels being thrown around in the first place is beyond me, but that's where it all started. It's a major bummer considering what a great group it was on TK.

I am worried about Montana, she hasnt posted since yesterdat when the sh!t hit the fan, so to speak. I hope that she isn't blaming herself.

I came in towards the end on TK but I consider myself a reglar on TN, maybe I am wrong but I like it here and don't really want to be labled. Thats just my 2 cents.

I wasn't on in about a week and I was shocked too!  I guess this kind of stuff is bound to happen-different people have different opinions. 

I think I am all caught up now, but I also plan on staying out of it!

I was on and off all weekend so I was around for the drama but I am still shaking my head and saying WTF?  I think some innocent comments and not so innocent comments were blown out of proportion and it just esculated from there.  It was and is kind of sad what has happened.

Honestly, whats done is done. I don't think there needs to be a recap post. Just my opinion to stop tempers from flaring again.
