What's your goals this week? To start eating healthier and to get back into a workout routine
How many days are you going to work-out? I am taking it easy this week and probably doing 3-5 depending on how my body feels
How much weight do want to lose by the end of the week? Im hoping for at least a pound
Any food/drinking habits you are hoping to cut out? I am addicted to Dr. Pepper, I am wanting to at least get used to the diet drinks and then hopefully switch to nothing but water before the month is over.
How many days are you going to work-out? I am hoping for 5 days M-Thurs. and Sunday Night.
How much weight do want to lose by the end of the week? From 3-5 pounds
Any food/drinking habits you are hoping to cut out? Rice, Beans, anything Fried and soft drinks.

OMG all of my food/drink habits are being cut! I went way overboard the last few weeks and am sooo regretting it! (Tho I enjoyed it don't get me wrong) Also have been working out with a trainer and I KNOW i'm getting stronger I just need to fix my POS diet!!!

Goals This Week: Pick out classes at the gym that I want to go to for the month. Also I want to get to the grocery store to get Smart Ones for lunches and some other healthy food stuff.
Days Going to Work Out: 3
Weight to lose by end of week: 2 lbs
Habits: Start to transition from not so healthy afternoon snacks, to more healthy/nutritious snacks.

A10 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination: San Francisco!
I'm doing the online program. My goal for the week is to stay within my points and not go over into the weekly flex point allowance by any more than 3 points a day; also to have at LEAST 15 workout points as well. So far I'm at 16 and plan to work out more this week.
I only plan to take one day off working out. My winter workout plan is 2 rounds of nautilus machines plus 30 minutes of cardio on Saturdays, 60 minute walk on Sundays [since gym is closed], 30 minutes of weight lifting on Mondays, 30 minutes on the bike [during lunch] on Tuesdays, rest on Wednesdays, 40 minutes on the elliptical on Thursdays, and 30 minute walk outside on Fridays (and in the event of rain or bitter cold will use the treadmill at the gym or at home).
I will be happy to drop between 2-3 lbs. each week in the beginning, then tapering to .5-2 lbs. each week by April or May. My goal is 2 pant sizes by July 4.
I'm basically just hoping to cut out pop (even diet to maybe once or twice a week), no munching after 7:00 pm and possibly pizza and/or eating out at restaurants at no more than once every 2-3 months.

I got great news this morning in that I can workout similar to pre-neck injury level! I'm so excited!!

How many days are you going to work-out? Monday through Saturday; Sunday off. Shaun is starting P90X again so I will be doing some of the workouts too.
How much weight do want to lose by the end of the week? 1 pound
Any food/drinking habits you are hoping to cut out? I wish I could omit something but we have leftover treats from the holidays that need to be eaten up first. Hopefully by next week they will all be gone!

Goals: Stop eating junk food and get back to tracking my calories on Sparkspeople.
Days working out: My goal for this week is 3 days.
How much weight would you like to loose: I would be happy with a pound but even .5 pounds would be nice.
Anything I plan to cut out of my diet: I haven't been drinking any soda for 6 months now and that has kind of helped with my energy level, so continue that, and cut out any food after 7pm.
Goals: Stick to eating paleo, and eat breakfast. I have always eaten breakfast, but the last few month I have really not been good about it.
Days working out: 4 or 5.
How much weight would you like to loose: I dont weigh myself, I just judge by how clothes are fitting.
Anything I plan to cut out of my diet: All the non paleo stuff that I have been eating latelyHow much weight do want to lose by the end of the week? 1-2lbs I managed to lose 8 in the past month, but really need 9-10 more.
Any food/drinking habits you are hoping to cut out? Junk food, down to 1 soda a day again hopefully (right now its about 2 cans a day)
