I'd start my own restaurant/brew pub.

We played....can't win if you don't play! We would definitely buy a house and then a vacation home or two...tropical island and Italian villa. Other than that....no clue.
Would everyone take the lump sum or installments?
lump sum... gimme that money now! lol
House, pay off my parents and Joe's parents houses, pay off all the debt and loans, etc.
Buy our own island in the Bahamas, 2 minis: a countryman for winter and a convertible for the sunny days.
Give my co-workers each a grand since we haven't gotten raises/bonuses in ages.
Take my family somewhere amazing, like Fiji for a week.
