Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cant sleep...
Im sure DH is sick of me coughing all night long, or at least when the medicine wears off. Yesterday the poor guy couldnt take it any longer and slept on the couch. Instead of that happening, I moved out to the couch- BUT I am the one who cant sleep 
My airways seem even more constricted and Im coughing. 20 more mins until I can take more meds. This sucks.
