I saw on your blog back in Nov you were considering getting the house in Niskayuna you posted about not really loving it. Did you guys end up getting it? There isn't a update in your blog!
Took 2 years & 8 months to make our baby!

Re: ***Hockeywife***
My blog is (again) woefully out of date. Honestly, the house needed SO MUCH work that it wasnt a fabulous deal as the pictures led me to believe. It was the little, annoying, stuff that needed to be done too: trim patching, stripping and repainting; refacing the cabinets bc of a craptastic paint job; patching floors; fixing cracks; etc., etc.
And on top of all that, it was a 4 BR, 2 Full, 2 Half BA house, but one of the bedrooms was teeny and 1 full bath and 1 half bath were so poorly placed that they would never get used. Not to mention that the beautiful looking playroom was a total uninsulated, hazardous, mess!
I was sad and relieved at the same time, I think. There was another property listed on Dean street, which was nice, but still not for us. So we're casually looking, but planning on staying put for now.
