Our anniversaries are coming up (mine is on 1/10)! Do you guys have anything special planned?
We're thinking of going to disney next weekend (3 day weekend). I'm so excited because we haven't been in 2 years, the longest I've ever gone without going to Orlando.

We're just going to do a nice dinner and eat our top tier. Nothing too crazy this year. We're trying to buy a house, so hopefully we'll get approved and that'll be the big thing for us
Yum, I remember eating our wedding cake last year. My mom is so funny, she didn't know that it had to be the top tier so on our wedding night, she actually froze half of the bottom tier, LOL. So when we opened it, there was enough for all of us (his family and mine). DH was really nervous and he actually didn't want any at first. But when he did, he said it was just as good as our wedding night.
Yup, we decided on Disney next weekend. Enjoy your anniversary and GL on finding your first home.
Oh that's too funny! So your cake was still pretty edible? Just a silly question, but when did you start defrosting your cake so you could eat it? That should be fun

Thanks we found a potential that we want to put an offer in on! We are probably going to go up to the hotel we had our reception at for the weekend. I'm working on getting the same room we had on our wedding night if it hasn't been booked!
We took it out of the freezer on a Saturday and ate it Sunday night. I hope you get the room, that would be so nice.
