House update!
Hi guys! Thanks for asking about our house hunt. I finally have an update for you. We fell in love with this great foreclosure a couple weeks ago. We got pre-approved for the loan and put an offer in on Monday. Today we got the phone call that they accepted our offer and we should have all the paperwork on Monday! We are so excited. This house is our dream house and we are thrilled. I'll post pictures once we get them.
I also wanted to thank you guys for your T&P's for DH's grandpa. For those of you that didn't see my comments he died Tuesday and we have the funeral and layout this weekend. Thanks for your support.
