It's a hit!

We just ate the taco soup I made, and it's really good!  DH loves it.  Warning, its spicy!  Here's what I put in it:

1 lb of ground turkey

Diced green bell peppers (I had this frozen in the freezer from the garden this summer)

1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can rotel, 1 can corn, 1 can Ranch beans (I think I got this at Walmart, it's seasoned beans), 1 can black beans

(I drained the corn and the one can of black beans)

3 tbl chili powder, 1 tbl paprika, 2 tbl ground cumin, 1 tea garlic diced (from a jar), as much diced onion you like (I used about 1/4 cup of the dried diced onion from Sam's)  **adjust seasonings to your liking**

1 hidden valley ranch seasoning  packet

Directions:

Brown ground turkey, with onions and garlic.  Add seasonings and 1 cup water, stir to evenly ditribute.  Add remaining ingredients, and additional water (as much or as little as you like).  Bring to boil and enjoy!

DH ate his with mexican shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips, me- I just had some crushed tortilla chips in mine :)
