recipe reviews

Ok so I am definitely a follower! I wait for you ladies to review a recipe and then I make it. Well this week I made 3 recipes.

The salsa verde chicken was good. We added green beans b/c there just needs to be a veggie to make it a complete meal IMO. It was good, we both cleaned our plates, but I wasn't as wow'd as I thought I would be. Brent made it, so maybe I next batch and see if it's more wow worthy!

Ok now this boozy beef chili was fantastic. And it really is better the next day! I thought it was a little spicy, but I think that we are just a bit wussy when it comes to spicy foods. Although I will say that the spiciness decreased a bit the next day.

This final recipe was ridiculously easy and quick and even Christian (going through a very long picky phase!) ate it all!
