Mint.Com...AMAZING

So my New Years Resolution- being a married lady and all- was to get my finances a little more organized. I started putting the max amount in my 401k (Company matches up to 8%, free money woooo!) and I vowed to stop shopping *as much*.

But if anyone else has a similar plan, I wanted to rave about Mint.com. It sounds weird, but I took a leap of faith. You put ALL of your account information, loan information, assets, etc into Mint and it tracks your every financial move. It creates a budget for you, based on your per-period income (mine is every two weeks). It categorizes your spending based on where you purchase items.

In one word- Incredible. It single-handedly does what I've been trying to do for myself for years. It offers basic financial advice, too.

It's hard to trust handing over your information to a website, for sure. So far- so good for me, though. The girlfriend who suggested it to me has been using it for a couple years and has never had a problem.

Anyway just wanted to share, in case any of you are shopping queens like me.
