I need some magical nestie vibes
Long story short, we have to call a contractor tomorrow to come rip off siding and remove our deck. We went to replace our door this morning and discovered that the wall is rotting, and it might extend all the way down into our garage wall (our house is three stories, garages on the 1st story with our main living floor above the garages). My mom had the same exact issue a couple of years ago and it cost her $10k. Please send vibes that our rot issue isn't as extensive as hers and that it won't cost that much. We'd have to take out a loan on our mortgage
