June 2009 Weddings
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

1/9 Accountability

Woke up and did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of Just Dance.

No breakfast.

Lunch was Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes.

Dinner is going to be Cajun turkey sandwiches.

10 glasses of water to drink, so far.

    - Wendy's (grilled chicken sandwich, only lettuce, tomato, pickle + fries)

    - snack likely to be chocolate chip cookies once I get around to making them.

  • Breakfast - Cottage cheese, banana, coffee

    Lunch - Salmon with dill on toast

    Dinner (ETUpdate) - Canelloni (not Manicotti) with asparagus/cheese filling in a garlic parmesean alfredo sauce (aka, calorie city), Pinot Grigio

    Snack - Laughing Cow cheese wedges, TJ's chocolate snowflakes

    Water - 3 glasses so far, will hit 8 at least

    Exercise - Does sewing count?

  • Breakfast: 2 brownies and fat free milk.

    Lunch: pizza bites... a ton. 

    Dinner: flank steak with mushroom sauce and roasted potatoes.

    1 Don De Dieu (a mighty tasty beer). 

    Exercise: Ran around the field in the snow for a half hour with the pup.

     

    Today my shopping cart had an ungodly amount of vegetables in it, so hopefully this week will be a little better...

     Lunch: Chici Pollo at Mexican restaurant-love this dish with rice and tortillas and chips and salsa
