6 Weeks and counting! As much as I'm really sore and uncomfortable, I have to admit I LOVE how strong her movements are these days. Even if they do wake me up at night. DH gets so amused by my belly moving all over the place. I also think it's really cute how frustrated she gets when she has hiccups. After a few minutes, she starts going crazy, and I can just imagine her being all frustrated because they aren't going away. I'm definitely going to miss being pregnant. DH is ready to try for #2 right away, but I suggested we wait 9-12 months!
7 more weeks for me! I am going to miss being pg in a lot of ways too. I was touching my belly today and thinking that it won't always be like this. I think I'll miss the little pokes and jabs, even if they do hurt sometimes.
However, I am so ready to not be pg at work. You guys know how much I hate it.
Our house is still a disaster, but I think this weekend we'll be able to get a lot done because I'm off from work. We might spend a night at the Grand Plaza (where we got married and had our reception) since our 3rd anniversary is on the 18th. I can't believe its been 3 years already!
I love how H talks to my belly all the time and tries to get her to kick. I got a Bloggie for Christmas and I really want to be sneaky about catching him on video. I just have to figure out how to do it. There's no way he would voluntarily let me record him! It's so cute though!!
We got a video camera for Christmas and I recorded him talking to my belly the other night! I keep trying to catch her moving, but she appears to be camera shy. Every time I turn the camera on she stops. Once I shut it off, she goes crazy again.
I should have less than 3 weeks to go, my doctors said I would deliver by 38 weeks. I am hoping they keep their promise! The nursery is so close to being complete. Right now we just need to switch out some shades, hang the valance, and hopefully find a pillow for the bay window. I am not crafty so I have been looking online but having trouble finding the right size. Maybe I should try Etsy? Any ideas?
We also need to go to the fire dept to make sure the car seats are installed correctly and pack the hospital bag. Then we are done!! I am hoping to have everything done by Thursday, when I will be 36 weeks!

Declinn is doing great. She had her 9month check up and is 17lbs. She is still small, but growing the way she wants to. I swear she said her frist word the other day. It was mama. DH says he doesn't hear it, but I think it is just because it wasn't dada. I'm hoping she keeps on saying it to prove that she said it!

Hey ladies. 8 weeks until my due date, 6 weeks until I deliver. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes last week, so my dr will be inducing me during my 38 week. So to think in 6 weeks, I will meet my little baby juicy,. I get anxious and nervous. We all are so close!!!!! My DH saw my belly morph into a weird shape the other night and was so fascinated. My baby is already turned down, per my dr appt last week, so she is just baking and waiting:)
We found her crib this weekend and a place to live! (We're moving from our apartment to a house so I am excited) And now I know what her room will look like so i can start planning the nursery.
I also pulled a muscle which made it hard to walk for a few days, but it seemes to be clearing up. Last night I was sitting on the couch and felt her popping out of my belly into this weird shape which was really neat to see for the first time.
Wow, so many exciting updates! I love that everyone posted how many weeks they have left because I woke up this morning and the first thing I thought was "OMG, I only have 9 weeks left, 8 if she makes an appearance by what her measurements showed". I can't believe we are all almost there!!!
I have an OB appt tomorrow, I think he is going to start having my come every 2 weeks from here on out. My stepfather just delivered my recliner today. I am so excited its FINALLY here, its been sitting in his garage in the box for over a month now! I have the top trim to do in the nursery and then I am finished painting it the new color. I am going to try to get her antique dresser painted this week and then I have no plans on painting for a long time (if you follow me on FB, you know why). I ordered the chandelier yesterday and now I am on a mission to find the drapes. Its all starting to come together....slowly.
