I am definitely not a photographer, but I'm a hobbyist with a great camera (who's in the very early learning stages!).  I also know at least 3 people who do small business photography or do it as a hobby like myself.  I'm just not sure how "professional" you're wanting?   I can pass this on though, what a great event to invest a day in.

Thanks for replying! I appreciate you passing it on, too. If you have some samples of pictures you've taken if you email them to me, I can email them to the members of the board and get their opinion. We're definitely not looking for top-of-the-line photographers, but more of someone who can skillfully and creatively capture the memories and events of the day for us.

Hmm...it sounds like they might be wanting a little more experience than I have. Honestly all I've taken is of my personal life/family.  The people I will forward this onto actually have training, blogs, etc.

ETA:  I sent the info to 3 of my friends that are much more into photography!
