What was the best thing you ate over the weekend? Sunday morning I went with Greekwife to my favorite mexican food restaraunt and had huevos rancheros with homemade tortillas. Sooooooooo good!

It was a balmy 30 degrees and snowing when I woke up this morning! I was worried, because it was my first time leaving our house-on-a-hill during snow, but since flakes had just started sticking to the ground, I was OK.

Also had some really good food at Miss Pearl's Jam House in Jack London Square in Oakland. Their mussels were delish, as was their proscuitto flatbread pizza.

How cold was it when you left for work/woke up this morning? Very. I have our space heater on high, about 3 inches from me.
What was the best thing you ate over the weekend? I made roasted potato & leek soup with crispy fried shallots and parmesan on top. Delish!

How cold was it when you left for work/woke up this morning? I don't know...cold. I'm wearing flats I don't normally wear socks with, and I ran back inside to put on socks after I got to my car...and I park in the garage!
What was the best thing you ate over the weekend? We had dinner at Manresa in Los Gatos on Friday for our 9th wedding anniversary. OMGah it was SO GOOD! The Chef beat Bobby Flay on Iron Chef and we got to go into the kitchen and he waived to us. Man..the kitchen was so cool and the food was sooo good.
