I'm probably a big dork by doing this, but I was just recipe-searching online and came across this, and it made me think of you:
Pesto with Basil & Arugula
Ingredients

basil leaves

arugula leaves

fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

walnuts

olive oil

garlic cloves, peeled

(3 ounces) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Place
first 6 ingredients in a food processor; pulse 7 or 8 times or until
mixture forms a smooth paste. Add cheese, broth, salt, and pepper;
pulse until combined.
