Do any of you bring your dog? I am thinking of bringing him today as I am starting all over again.

Re: speaking of c25K..

  • I would if I was running outside vs. the treadmill and if she was a little older (everything says don't take dog running until 1.5-2 yrs).

  • Once I start running outside, I plan to bring Foley with me.  I'd bring our Foster Rissa, but that girl has WAY too much energy... she's more likely to run a sprint marathon then a leisurly 5k.

  • So brought Toby and did Week 1, Day 1.  It is Running 60 seconds, walking 90 seconds for 20 minutes.  This dog DRAGGED the whole time.  People HAD to be laughing at me dragging a cocker spaniel down the street.  Keep in mind, we walk over an hour every other day, this should have been CAKE for him!  I will try again day after tomorrow!  It is good for him!  :)

  • No running works as a laxative for Bodhi.  I swear he has to stop and poop 3 or 4 times during a run.  We've tried.
