I know it isn't female, but my family has been using Mike Jordan of Jordan Realtors (in Kenwood area) for 30+ years. He has helped us buy and sell several houses over the years and we have never had a complaint with him. He isn't pushy, is honest and will tell you what needs to be done, etc. My personal experience with him has been wonderful. I've bought two houses and sold one w/ him so far, and have every bit of confidence that he will help us sell our current home without a problem. He keeps you in the loop about everything and makes you feel like a person, not just a sale.

Highly recommend Pat(ricia) Chrysler. When we bought with her she also told us stories about how she was able to sell her client's condo unit for more money than the others on the market from the same complex. Her experience in the area for both buying and selling full time is more than 20 years. She is absolutely FANTASTIC!

We were thrilled with our relator! I thought our house would sit on the market for up to a year and we sold our home in 10 days. We used the Kim and Tim team with Sibcy. They are a husband/wife team and are fabulous. They came in and helped us stage our home and really worked with us. They even sold our home for no commission on the sale end, only received commission for the purchase of our new construction home. We have recommended them to several people since who have also been happy with the way they work.
