Vibes
So I totally feel like a jerk for asking for vibes for my dog when there are so many others out that need them but if you have any to spare that would be awesome.
Our dog Belly has been limping since late Sunday night and we aren't sure whats going on. Today she is in really rough shape, she's having trouble walking and when she does she shakes. The poor girl is only 6 and we have had issues with her hips forever. We think its something to do with whatever breeds she is. Anyways tonight she got up to run to the door and slipped and fell and we had to help her up and get her comfortable. Because of the storm we aren't able to get her to the vet until at least Thursday.
I am completely freaked out. I spent at least a half an hour laying on the floor with her and she's just so out of it. Makes me cry.
I know its totally silly because she's a dog but she's our "first baby" and it breaks my heart. So any vibes you have to spare would be greatly appreciated.

Not silly at all. I'd be a complete mess. You should have seen me when Obie pinched a disk in his back, I bawled. That said, I know it's easier said than done, but she's picking up your worry, so try to be positive for her!

However, this is coming from the girl who has been known to check that our dog is breathing at night when I get up for the bathroom, just b/c I'm paranoid and scared for life without him.

Well I'll send you good vibes. Sometimes my parents dog limps, usually from spraining something because he's always jumping over the stone walls. Our vet has us give him baby aspirin, it really does help ease the pain. He's usually feeling better within 20min.
Does your dog have hip dysplasia? I ALWAYS worry that my parents dog is going to get that, it runs in german shepherds a lot, as well as several other large dog breeds.
But I hope everything is okay with your pup. Keep us updated.

Montana, I'm so sorry Belly's not doing well. Hopefully she will feel better soon and the vet can figure out what's wrong. If its something like arthritis, a regime of glucosamine might help?
