I thought *yesterday* was Wednesday, all day. This morning I was fully expecting to see my direct deposit appear in my checking account--because we get paid on Thursdays. 
At least the sun is out...

Awww man! That sucks. It kind of feels like a slap in the face of the city that made them. Haven't we suffered enough. Are they moving the work elsewhere?
I joined mine last year, and ours isn't until next year. I guess we like to plan ahead...?

How strange. I woke up this morning fully convinved it was Thursday. I guess it feels like a long week to everyone!
Yes, Mexico.
I'm leaning toward not going too, unless it happens to be on one of the weekends that I'm in town anyway, but that's not likely.
Anyone been to Puerto Rico? What did you like? Didn't like? Where you stayed? I think that is our next destination.
I've been feeling a little down about vacations lately. Seems like everyone and their brother is planning one right now but us! Hehe. H doesn't know when he'll be able to get time off of work, so that has delayed our travel plans.
And I know this is incredibly whiney of me and I should just be thankful that he HAS a job. I suck.
Heh... I'm feeling down about vacations today too.
Ah, well.
I haven't been to Puerto Rico, but I see discussions about it regularly on the travel board. Seems like a nice destination. Hope your husband's work schedule gets straightened out and you can book something soon!
Aww. Don't feel bad. We won't be planning a vacation for at least another year. We've got too many things around the house to spend money on (new deck, new washer/dryer, new fridge...)
We've been to Puerto Rico, and loved it. But we weren't there very long and I can't remember for the life of me where we stayed. We plan to make it back there. . . one day.
Don't feel bad about vacations, the only vacations we've had lately consist of visiting my parents up north in the summer and in FL in the winter.
I never went to mine 2 years ago. It sounded lame and I really dont keep in touch anyone in my class.

We had a long layover there in 2008 - enough time for us to leave the airport and explore for about 4 hours. We told the taxi company what we were doing and asked them to suggest a fun place to drop us off. We ended up in the Old San Juan area, which is historic and just adorable. We wandered the streets, explored an old fort (admission was cheap) and had dinner in a great little cafe before heading back to the airport. It was just enough to make me want to go back sometime and explore more! I think it would be a great choice for a destination.
I hate Wednesdays.

When I married, I registered for another pattern of dishes so I'd have a more formal set. But I never have a need for formal dishes, so I'm going to switch out patterns just because I can.

Wow busy Morning so far girls,
Kasa: I didn't go to my 10yr reunion. I went to my 5 and all the questions people asked were "Are you married? Do you have any kids?" I think all wait and see if they have a 25 and then maybe I go. Also where did you find the coat? I think I want one now.
After spending a full day at the new office I realize that I'm a bit more freaked out than I thought I was. Now it seems more real and the fact that we have to try and find people to rent space out and build this space up with very little capital is a bit overwhelming. If anybody needs me I'll be the one in the corner looking like a deer in headlights.
I like them. I have square dishes and couldn't be happier.
