ZOMG it is so bad out there. I must have been out of my damn mind.
I drove from 10-20mph to TRY to get to the freeway. I made it 40min before I said F it and turned back around. Its too icy and people are too damn dumb to be driving. Tip #1: Lay off the brakes! It will not help ou to have NO momentum. #2: Use the crunchy snow/ice to keep traction. If you're stuck in the smooth spots, use the snow for traction! I almost could not turn back in to my entrance because people on the hill just before it were just sitting there. Deer in the headlights.
Stay home. Don't bother making an effort.

Oh man...
I just got to work a little while ago. If it weren't for it being the final days to get as much info as possible from my boss, I would have stayed my happy a$$ at home. The roads are awful. 575 was extremely slow and scary in spots. Chastain is all ice in parts. It's bad.
