Wednesday OFB check in!

Happy hump day! How is everyone doing so far? Anyone struggling? Is there any activity that you do for fun that's exercise but doesn't feel like it? Or is there any exercise you do that you don't dread just a little bit?

  • I've stuck to my WW points, but I've already used extra points for wine last night. I'm trying to stick by my no booze during the work week, but I had a rough day and wanted a glass of wine. I'm doing well exercising. I did a plyometrics video on Monday and I ran on the treadmill yesterday for 30 mins and did abs. My exercise that doesn't feel like it is cleaning. I am one of those weirdos who loves to clean.
  • I'm doing pretty well this week! Finally!! I've started tracking my food and calories again, which helps me with portion control and what not. I also finally set up my micoach I got for Christmas, and this morning (because I have the day off) I did a 45 minute body bar routine which kicked my butt! It feels good to get moving again though. Tomorrow morning I plan to get up and run. I will I will I will I will!!! Fun stuff for me is weightlifting. I love it and am slightly addicted. I am not the biggest fan of cardio though... Sometimes I love running and sometimes I hate it...
  • I am struggling with motivation!  I seem to have no motivation to get up and exercise.  I was used to being so busy, and now that I am done with school and only working 3 days a week I feel bored out of my mind.  This leads to my no self control issue, and eating because I am bored. Tomorrow I AM starting my day out with C25K, and I have planned meals for the rest of the weekend. I am considering joining WW to be held more accountable with weigh-ins. Lets hope I can get some motivation!

  • Good for you for starting C25k! It really does get you into running shape and it's fun to see how much more you can do each time you run! Good job if you're doing well. Hopefully if you're struggling you can do just one thing better tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up!
  • I'm a little late...

    I took yesterday "off" from excercise and was in bed at 8.  EXHAUSTED.  I've been eating well, except my snacking hasn't been the greats.

    According to the scale, I'm maintaining my weight, but my clothes are fitting better so something is working :).
