recommend your netbook / tablet
So I've decided that I'd like look into getting a smaller netbook or tablet for school and travel. Right now, I've got a 14" lenovo (LOVE LENOVO). The battery is shot (need to get a new one) but it's also a bit larger than what I want to be lugging around campus. It isn't heavy, but add in notebooks and books, it all adds up.
I'm thinking a 10-12 '' screen and preferably under $1000 (preferably WAY under $1000). I'm also wanting to stay away from Toshiba. I've always had issues with them

It'll be used like a regular laptop, but mostly for school (note taking and slides) as well as travel. I don't necessarily need a DVD drive, but USB drives are def. needed )
