Okay DH is downstairs right now with the DirecTV guy (we switched over today), and I've always heard that a lot of the times, those that break into your home are the ones that have been in there (service guys, delivery guys, etc...)
So this guy comes in and DH is showing him upstairs, and he says "nice house!" Which it is, but the things in the house aren't marvalous. I made a note that he said it, but whatever.
Now he's downstairs with DH, and commenting on ev.er.y.thing. How nice the TV is, the sound system, the Wii...and it really bothers me.
So on top of all that, the dude looks like he's been in jail. Not recently, but like 10 years ago.
I could be overreacting (I'm a very paranoid person), but something seems sketchy.
Re: A little freaky, right?
A little freaky but he could just be a guy commenting on stuff guys are interested in. Although from our experience when we had Directv installed I'll make the broad suggestion that their installers are all freaky. The guy who did the initial install wore sunglasses the entire time he was here (he arrived at around 4p and didn't leave till after 7-8p in September when it was dark). The next guy who was a "supervisor' was missing fingers and just real odd.

I am always a little freaked out when we let others into our home for the first time. Mike has spent alot of money on our entertainment stuff so when people start to notice it and start asking questions and like PP said "taking inventory" I get really weirded out.
I am sure its nothing and its just guy talk. I actually told Mike about this post and he said it was probably just guy talk and he agreed to that the direct tv guys are always a little odd.
