EASY freezer meals?

I am googling freezer meals but was wondering if any of you ladies had some recommendations for yummy meals I can make in the next week to put in the freezer. So far I am making chili and MIL brought a ham and cheese quiche. Any other good ideas?

quiches are always good.  lasagna, mac and chesse, soups, I have a bunch of meatballs and sauce in my freezer too.

Anything Italian or casserole-style food.  Lasagna, spaghetti, stuffed shells, chicken/eggplant parm, chicken+rice+broccoli casserole, tuna casserole, pizza, breakfast casserole/scramble, pancakes, etc.

I cut up a couple of lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat instead of using a whole chicken.

Thanks so much for all of the great ideas! I am making a list now and then heading out to Publix. I am getting hungry just planning these meals, I want to make them all for dinner tonight!
