No.  He wasn't feeling very well so it wasn't worth it to spend the money if he wasn't going to be able to really enjoy it.

Oh and I will be there Sunday for sure.

Ugh.  No grits for me.  I had a very bad experience with them in the hospital and even the thought of them now...

The Fish House grits are seriously the best ever. Their website is even goodgrits.com, you'll have to try a bite.

LOL, it definitely wont happen.  I love polenta, but can't stand grits.  It makes no sense, but I just can't stand the smell of grits.

Did you guys know that Fish House has sushi rolling classes?  I think they did it Tuesday this week.  My friend went, and I was jealous.  I didn't even know they did that.  I'll definitely have to try to go next time!

I've never had polenta. I also didn't realize that grits have a distinct smell. You're definatley not Southern but that's okay.

I want to go to the sushi rolling class, but H and I have been rolling our own CA rolls for a while now and I must say, I'm getting pretty darn good at it!

Just wait until you hear me talk.  There is no hiding I'm not from 'round these parts.  lol

I'm a fan on fb and they post all of their events. I saw the sushi rolling class post and thought it would be fun. Maybe one day I'll have a normal schedule again so I can do things in the evenings.

They also do cooking classes. I would love to do that also.

Yeah, I'm from Michigan.  But have lived in the south off and on throughout my life.  So you never know which accent will come out in me.  I have a little of both. 

 Also.....Luvvy, you can teach me how to make sushi anytime!  I've had a bamboo roller for years and haven't been brave enough to attempt it on my own yet.

I would LOVE to!  The secret is wrapping the bamboo roller in plastic wrap.  It keeps the rice from sticking to the bamboo and cleanup is 1,000 times easier.  We have also found that the secret to a good tasting CA roll is sesame seeds.  Come to think of it, maybe that's what we will make for dinner tonight.
