Last night was a fiasco. I'm never going to the city again. I was near my destination, I thought (I'm still not sure I was wrong) in a staight/left turn lane, I wanted to go straight, a car to my right came out of nowhere and we tapped eachother. I found a spot to pull over but they weren't there. I don't know where they went or if they took or or if they were trying to pull over too or what. I called 911, the disbatcher was mean and I had no idea where I was. Apparently police stations are open 24/7 even tho I called the number on yelp and it said the office was closed. Then my phone died and my gps couldn't find my location. I have been in tears ever since, I don't want to get in trouble for a hit and run if it was my fault, so this sat I have to cancel my plans and go into the police station to file a report. Just an awful experience....and I feel horribly. Even tho there is nothing I can do right now, I can't seem to cheer up, probably doesn't help that I'm on all these ivf meds, I can't stop crying. I don't know why.

Oh honey, I'm so sorry. City driving is a bear and I am sending you lots of virtual hugs. Hang in there, it really will all be okay. If it was just a tap, I'm sure there will be nothing to worry about.

I'm so sorry! I hate driving in the city, so I rarely do it. Esp when you haven't done it before it can be so disorienting. Try not to worry because as Andrea said, it was such a small accident. You did the best you could to do the right procedure afterward. I take it you didn't make it to the class. Can you get your money back or reschedule? If not, I think you and DH should treat yourselves to a nice dinner out.

That stinks - sorry to hear about your troubles. I am not a fan of driving into SF either.
