Reality TV
Sometimes, I think I have a problem.
Last night I was watching Hard Core Pawn, it's about a pawn shop in Detroit, and I love it. I even tivo episode when they are on in the wee hours. At any rate....while I was watching that, I saw that new episode of Operation Repo were going to be on and I got all excited.
And of course, as much as I hate to admit it, I am looking forward to AI this season.

Isn't Operation Repo the reality show where they just film everything based on events that happened before? Or maybe I'm thinking of the wrong show? There was a lady on the show that looked like Ursela from the Little Mermaid...
I'm hooked on Teen Mom and am loving Teen Mom 2 right now. I also watch Say Yes to the Dress, Pawn Stars and American Pickers a lot lately. I'm sure there are others I watch I just can't think of right now.

I don't care too much for the basic cable shows like Survivor.

And recently I've been falling in love with Storage Wars...I root for the underdog Jared and his wife.

The two I have bolded are guilty pleasures when DH is not home. However, I tend to get a little pissed off watching it. Some of the chicks just seem too young and immature to be thinking about marriage and then you turn around get some 40-something chick who has spent 6 figures on her wedding walk away with the dream honeymoon. Really...how is that fair???
And the Say Yes to the Dress...I just can't believe what some of those dresses cost! I saw one recently with a middle age+ woman from Vegas who was getting married and the dress she wore was absolutely hideous and really not appropriate on most bodies let alone her!
I've also stumbled upon Bridalplasty and I think it was Cut Off. Wow. Especially the Bridalplasty one when the person gets kicked off, the hostess informs her that while she'll still have her wedding, it won't be perfect. Nice.
And I hate reality shows!
