Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I didn't do a very good job yesterday.
workout - 20 on elliptical, 30 Just Dance 2
breakfast - yogurt
lunch was really late, so I was starving by then - Logan's Roadhouse 1 chicken finger and a couple onion petals for an app, 6 ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes
dinner - one small piece of pizza at like 9:00

Workout - Shopping all day. Trust me, my legs and arms were sore.
Brunch - 1/2 omlette, 1 piece sourdough toast, breakfast potatoes, orange juice
Dinner - Greek Pizza + Mike's Hard Lemonade
Water - 8 cups
coffee with cream, egg sandwich
cheese & crackers
sesame chicken with egg roll & rice
oatmeal choc. chip cookie
