WW ladies - Zumba question

For those doing WW and who take Zumba classes - do you know how many activity points Zumba is? I looked on the WW site and couldn't find Zumba as an activity so I just entered activity points for 60 mins @ high intensity level. What did you do?

Re: WW ladies - Zumba question

  • I usually count it as choreographed dance. I guess it depends on how intense the class is. What you did probably worked just as well if you feel you were working at high intensity. For me, Zumba is usually a moderate intensity.  It all depends on the instructor and moves they use though.

Thats very true. My instructor is pretty intense but to be safe, maybe I'll see the point values for moderate and high intensity and use the average as the number just to be safe.
