Unique gift for Football Fan

I am trying to think of a good Val. Day and Anniv. gift for my husband. He's a HUGE Browns fan. However, he already has a ton of memorabilia and jerseys, etc. Anything unique you can think of?
I thought maybe tickets to a game when they play somewhere closer to here (VA) but schedules aren't out yet (when do they come out?). I also thought of the football hall of fame, but it's a 9-10 hour drive or a flight more expensive than it's worth and he may not have time to take off work for it.

I think schedules are usually released later in the spring...this past year, it came out towards the end of April, so may come out around that time. As long as there's not a lock-out, the tickets to a game would be fun.
Not sure what else to get if he's got a ton of stuff already...I'll have to think on that.
