So, I know what is for dessert...
I am going to make some lemon bars with the lemons that SM23 gave me yesterday, BUT I have NO clue what to make for dinner.
I have some kale, broccoli, chicken, a pretty stocked pantry... and lots of lemons.
HELP I truly have NO idea... I also have potatoes (small ones which could be good to make crash potatoes.... thoughts ?

What kind of chicken? A whole one or breasts? Do you have any cheese? You could make a chicken stuffed with some lemon zest and cheese and then make some smashed potatoes and broccoli.
We're having breakfast for dinner. Chocolate chip pancakes with bananas on top and smoked gouda hashbrowns.

dh would LOVE This!
It's what we do when we're running low on food, or I know I've got a large meal coming up and I don't want to have too many leftovers. DH loves it, he's such a pancakes and french toast kinda guy.
