I had to hboot my phone, install the driver in the wiki on my computer, then shut down phone, install Unrevoked3 on my computer, boot up phone, Unrevoked3 recognized it and flashed/rooted it automagically. Detailed instructions in link. Then I did this:

Et voila, no more NASCAR.

Strike that, I had to install Busybox (search in the market) before the Titanium program would work.
