Monday Motivation(aka fitness check in)
I could use some motivation. I did not go over my WW points at all and I exercised twice. I stepped on the scale this morning and I gained 2lbs! I hate that!
So how did everyone else do? Any goals for the week? I think I'm at the point where I can do the eating thing and I'm getting back into exercise. I'm just going to stay where I'm at for now.

Sounds like you're doing way better than me! I had a HORRIBLE weekend points-wise because I went out drinking with friends on Saturday.
What day do you WI? Don't weigh yourself again until that day! It could be water weight or something you ate last night affecting it. You're doing great and you will only see results again if you stick with it! You can do it.
PS: I also posted this on The Bow because it seemed like it was a little more active over there than here.
Are you using your flex points at all? When I was on WW the first time I had several friends on the site...half said they didn't see any weight difference unless they ate all of their flex points...the other half said they didn't see a weight difference when they ate them. You may want to toy around with that a bit. You also have to eat ALL of your points...some people tend not to and you really need to. I don't use my flex points for the week and stick to my daily points and have one day where I can eat anything I want w/o counting...I say that cancels out my flex points.
With that said, I can't seem to stop binging....it's been 3 weeks, what the heck is wrong with me?
