Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

... or any method for that fact.
We are trying for a girl bc the rate for success of a boy is so low. Granted Id love a boy if it was garanteed and healthy but this seems like the option we have right now.
Did anyone follow this? No caffeine... sex until 2-3 days before ovualting..

I'd not put much faith in those kind of methods. I think it's all up to chance really. If it was me I'd just have sex every day until you're sure you've ovulated and then cross your fingers and pray.

We have had sex pretty much everyday since I ended my period this month. Im just curious to see who used it and if it worked.
