Hey ladies... I remember hearing someone talk about a book about TTC when we were on TK, but I couldn't remember if it was on our board, or my local board. I don't remember enough about it to google it (or search old posts), so I know this is probably a long shot. Basically, it was about understanding your body better, so that you can know if things are normal or not, even before you start TTC. It was some kind of method, or something... Geez, I remember even less than I thought. So anyway, whatcha got for me??
Re: TTC Book?
"Taking Charge of Your Fertility" could possibly have been the title.
Although it's directed mainly towards expecting mothers, the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting" also has some information on mothers TTC and eating healthier and different things that help.
Sorry if I didn't answer your question, but I've heard of those and I'm loving the WTE book.
Yup! That's the one I've heard talked about quite often. I know SarahP has read it for sure, and it appears to have worked out well for her
Eat.Drink.BeMarried. Blog.
That's the one. I was about to buy it but the month we decided to just see what would happened worked. I would still like to get it though so after this pregnancy we can chart to avoid/conceive another pregnancy when we would like to try again
I've also heard this one recommended: "The Art of Natural Family Planning." John F. Kippley & Sheila K. Kippley
They all sound helpful! We ended up not reading any books because we chose an NFP model where you meet with a practitioner for instruction (another great option for those who need or want that kind of assistance).
