Anyone know a place to get this done in the metro? I live in NW suburbs but am willing to drive if the person comes highly recommended. I tend to have bad reactions to waxing and want to try this, but prefer not to do it in the window at a mall

Re: eyebrow threading
I see Christina at Blink!. blinkforbeauty.com. She's incredible, especially if you have bushy eyebrows like I do. It's a little pricey, but mine are so out of control that it's worth it.
I started going to her because I was on accutane and so couldn't have waxing done. The last time I went she actually did a combo of waxing and threading.

It KILLS me to spend that much. I went a few months ago to a normal salon, since I didn't have the waxing restriction anymore. It was awful, since now I've seen how good Christina can make my brows look. I just try to pluck in between so I can stretch it out as long as possible.
I swear, before I moved to Minneapolis, I did my eyebrows by myself and spent <$20 on a haircut. Now I pay $30 for my eyebrows and $60 for my hair. Ugh.
You might have convinced me to give her a try. Sometimes the women at MOA mess up the arch on one of my brows a bit, so if this woman is amazing, then I could be sold on the cost. I do save money on my cut and color by going to Juut's training salon in Uptown, though.
