Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

do you have simple instructions on how to download books from the library? that's a great feature of the nook. i've tried doing i on my laptop, but i seem to only be getting the title page bc the file is really small. i'm getting annoyed that i haven't figured it out yet & i'm pretty tech savvy (at least i thought i was).

K I'll give it a shot. This is just for reading off your laptop-
I am assuming you downloaded the Adobe Digital Editions software to your computer, then you logged in to the Ocean State Library with your card and then added the book to your cart. From there you download the book to your computer. Once thats complete it should show up in your Adobe Digital Library.
While in Adobe double click on the book (if you can't see it, click the 3 books located in the top left hand corner). The book will then open. Look at the top right, click the 5th button over... it says fit to width when you put your mouse over it.
I think that should fix the problem...?
