  • Today was an off day for the gym.

    French bread pizza

    pineapple and cottage cheese

    IHOP pancakes and spinach mushroom and tomato omelette

  • B - english muffin w/ pb, v8

    E - same routine

    B#2 - cup of oatmeal, coffee

    L - bowl of soup, water

    S - nutrigrain bar

    S#2 - small peice of lasagna

    D - bowl of soup, milk

    E: 2 miles of speedwork on track
