What did you do this weekend?
Saturday we laid some new grass seed in our back yard, sanded the column that supports our front porch, primed it and put a coat of Latex paint on it. It may need another coat... I guess that's my project for this evening.
Sunday we had church then we volunteered to work at the Guild of the Greenville Symphony tour of homes. The home we were working in was MAGNIFICENT! I got so many great decorating ideas there! DH now has insanely grand schemes for our back yard... This house had like 5 outdoor living areas plus the most amazing pool I'd ever seen. I told DH I'd settle for a hot tub 
Re: What did you do this weekend?
My IL's and Aunt and uncle-in-law (and my MIL's mini teacup poodle) all stayed Saturday, and Saturday night. We had a good time-I took MIL and AIL to hobby lobby and downtown for a bit and then we came back and grilled out. The guys stayed @ the house and watched football all day. Which was good b/c my FIL had spinal surgery about a month and a 1/2 ago, so I'm sure he needed to relax after a 4 hour car trip. He's definitely doing better than DH or I figured he would be though, which is sooo great!!!!
Anyway, Yesterday after everyone left, I did laundry and started packing for our vacation that starts Saturday-soooooo excited!!!!!!- and just kicked back for the rest of the day.

Friday: Out to dinner/movies with the girls. We were a bunch of chatty Cathys so we ended up late to the movie. Although I got my ticket ahead of time, I stil had to wait for them to get theirs. Sigh-nothing like sitting in the 3rd row at the movies. Can you say stiff neck? We saw Nights in Rodanthe
Saturday: My sister colored my hair and I saw my niece and nephew
Sunday: Church and mom came over for dinner
Saturday we went to a wedding and had a great time!! It was a small ceremony/reception, 14 people total including the bride and groom!
Sunday we did nothing but lay around and watch movies. It was great, but now i have a ton of cleaning to do that i didn't get done this week. Oh well!
