  • I eat oatmeal every day. I either mix in bananas or canned pumpkin, then a spoonful of jam or preserves and sometimes a scoop of cottage cheese, also cinnamon and plain soy milk. It takes about 5 minutes to make.  

    Lately I've been eating a bagel with veggie cream cheese and a glass of chocolate milk, I had a banana aversion for a few weeks so oatmeal was out.

  • Cinnamon toast with peanut butter, juice and coffee.
  • - Everything Bagel with veggie cream cheese

    - English Muffin with PB and 1/2 banana

    - Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch with 1/2 banana

    I use to eat oatmeal everyday but got really burnt out so now I try and switch it up. I always have a few options.

  • I've been needing a bit more in the mornings since I'm getting back into my marathon training. My new fav breakfast is an egg & an egg white scrambled together with onion & spinach. I put it on a bagel thin with a little salsa. So yummy, good protein & under 200 calories.

    -Egg white scrambled in the microwave on a piece of toast or a bagel thin

  • Thank you for all the ideas. I make H's breakfast every morning, he eats 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and either an English muffin or bagel thin with pb. He started eating all that when he started doing p90x. I can't eat much when I first wake up so I've been either packing a bagel thin in my lunchbox or getting something in the cafeteria at work. I'm going to try some of the things you listed.

  • Coffee.....always, coffee.  I'll probably have some yogurt or oatmeal later.  I've been baaaaad the last couple days, so I'm trying to get back on track!

  • Today I stopped at Chick-fil-a and got a bacon, egg and cheese buscuit.  Normally I have cereal (lately it has been raisin bran).

  • I have an oatmel packet almost every day at work.

  • Usually I just have a granola bar and coffee but this morning I had half a bagel.
