Sounds like me when I had a desk job.  I couldn't stop eating for the life of me.  I was always starving and with all of the food options, I turned into quite the heifer.  If your clothes still fit, I wouldn't worry too much about it.  I think you look great. (From the last downtown nestie lunch, I'm not stalking you, I promise).

That's the thing - I have been working for nearly 10 years - so I don't understand the huge weight fluctuation now. It is probably because I am past the big 3-0, isn't it?

And my jeans definitely do not fit.  We had a "jeans day" awhile back and I had to wear a longer shirt to cover up the fact that I do not (could not) button my jeans.  I don't like wearing jeans anyway...

I hear ya. I've gained a bunch of weight since probably October (I blame the holidays, birthdays. . .sugar. . .not working out). Some of my clothes are tight now, so I'm trying to track what I eat. I need to get my butt back in gear. Work is the worst - there are always goodies around and I have low willpower.
