So my mom is having a Halloween party on the 25th and we think that would be a great time to break the news that we are pregnant with twins!!  We want to make some sort of costume which would be the way we tell my mom and brother.  DH came up with him dressing as a dr. and me wearing a hospital gown and having some sort of carboard x ray over my belly with a picture of two babies.....or our actual ultrasound pics on it!!  Anyone have any other ideas?  My creativity isn't really working right now!!

That sounds cute! You could also play with the old "buns in the oven" saying too. Haha. I'm sure someone will come up with something awesome for you. Your family will be so excited!

Yeah, the other option like mentioned from Beth, is do a bun in the oven theme like this:

I'm sure you could easily make your own costume this way and put two buns in the oven...(or pictures of buns)

you could each be a stick of doublemint gum.  werent they the ones who has the commercials with the twins in it?

That's a cute idea to tell them in costume! I'm really not creative- but here are a couple thoughts:  "a juggling act" or doublemint gum type of thing or "baby- squared" or Noah's Ark- two by two ... hopefully someone with GOOD ideas has some suggestions!
