ice skating-helmet or no helmet
I am being brave tomorrow and taking C ice skating for the first time. She has been driving me insane about going and crossing my fingers if I take her it will be out of her system.
So while thinking of what I need to have her wear..jogging suit and I think I will put her snow bib on, do I need to bring a helmet? I have not been skating in years. I called the skating center downtown and they said they are not required and I can not bring a chair or a crate for her to use

Adam is in hockey now and we always have him wear a helmet when we go to family skate. Also, if she has snowpants that might be better if she falls. You can get pretty wet when you fall, especially outside when some of the ice melts.
