I'm sorry, Noelle, I hope everything is okay.
We woke up today and found Bailey, for some unknown reason, decided to chew up the trim on our window! FML....I can't believe she did that. She is always so good and for some reason has been acting out lately! Ugh!
our friend's dog did the same thing, but he did it when they came home...he was so excited for them to be back, he'd chew the window sill. DH fixed the smaller scratches with wood putty, maybe you can do that too?

Are you serious?! I don't understand why he'd chew if he was excited, but that could be the case. C was out of town for work for 4 days and I picked up from the airport last night. It was late when we got home so we pretty much went to bed shortly after. Maybe that's why she did it??? I know she gets excited when she sees other dogs and she'll eat grass, leaves..pretty much anything on the ground she can get her mouth on. So maybe....
I think it's easy to fix. I'm going to sand it down and then repaint it; it's not horrible, but it's just the idea. Especially since we're renting this house right now!
