Definitely! I like the ones that come with lids (but always make sure you put some saran wrap over the food before putting on the lid just to make sure it doesn't burn in the freezer).

So for both, would you recommend making up to the baking step, then freezing, and then giving her instructions on the baking step(s)?
How long do you typically thaw before baking?

No worries. I'm happy to help!
I would skip the baking step so things don't get over-done and dry out. Assemble everything and give it to her like that.
I usually thaw overnight in the fridge. If I want something for dinner on Saturday, for example, I'll take it out of the freezer before going to bed on Friday night.
