Have you been on 12-24 lately and seen that they have started a side board and are letting anyone in as long as they have a bump SN? I appreciate that they are trying to get away from the drama but do they not know the history of bump sideboards? Drama-rama.

I saw. But, they're going to realize how boring it is when they don't get the drama they want. THey SAY they want all puppies and rainbow pretty much. You know, a place to discuss how many words their "LO" says, what their toddler eats, if they should worry about xyz, etc.
I don't even get it- they were SO worked up about seeing veiny peni pics and harsh words, to the point they were campaigning everyone to write the Bump, then when the Bump intervened, they made posts to stir up drama because they were BORED.
I can't be bothered with side boards. I wish I could. But, it's just too many places. I want to stay where there is always fresh new people.
Edit- did you see an AE posted that *I* was an AE? I wasn't even around- I got texted up the ass yesterday about it.
And isn't this the 3rd 12-24 sideboard??
If they would just ignore the new AE's they would go away. I don't understand how they don't get that. There was a post asking people if they will post on the sideboard and the new board and mostly everyone said they will post on both. What is the point???

I have no idea if it's the 1st or the 40th. I have signed up for side boards and never been on except for the day I joined. Listen- I'm mostly on my local nest, then here, and then there. That's TOTALLY enough. There is no one I'm "close" to there, I'm not willing to get invested over there enough to care about going off-board. After NEY/AFB/SB/CN I'm spent. I couldn't even keep up with NEY/AFB/SB enough to know what's going on half the time. And I'm online A LOT, but even when "we" got side boards and Elfstergate and anything else happened with people I ALREADY had some connection with, I still just sort of got lost.
And at least Elfstergate/post-Elfstergate was interesting. I don't understand why they'd NEED a side board to talk about the boring sh*t they talk about. The only reason that board is ever interesting is because there are always new people, new dumb questions, it moves FAST because of those two things, so you can read what you want and ignore what you don't. I didn't read ONE AE post. Failwhale, JennyShecter, Erino, blah blah...I didn't even open them. Meanwhile that Kit person is cuckoo for coco puffs. She was literally hysterical about the AE's to the point where she started yelling at me because I asked her if she was serious about reporting- that she couldn't just ignore. She went BALLISTIC. She called Erino a cvnt and then some. I had to block her she was so annoying. It's not like NEY/AFB where it was relatively a small group who had real feelings hurt and friendships broke apart, etc. This is a GINORMOUS group of people!
I have no idea who started the rumor. It was an AE saying a DIFFERENT AE was really me who made the thread that if they found out they were having a Down Syndrome baby they'd have an abortion. It was like a 5 pager and people were going nuts, as usual. The AE said they had to make an AE to post this "UO". I wasn't around and my friend and I were texting and she said, "Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I was reading the drama about you online." i had no idea what she was talking about.
Hmmm I read that entire post about the DS baby and it never mentioned you. It did refer to a 'T' but that is another poster who they suspected was behind the AE. She later posted saying it wasn't her and she was just going to commit suicide or something like that.
I don't get why they have to even open the posts by the AE's. I opened some because they were hilarious. And the poster who put the giant penis in the middle of the thread got me laughing so hard. I was scrolling fast through it and then BAM big penis!!!
People were reporting and writing emails MULTIPLE times. Holy crap ladies. Step away from the board if you have to do that.
No, I wasn't mentioned IN that thread. On Wednesday, someone made an AE called guesswhatguesswhat (or something like that) and posted that the AE "YesIamanAE" (again, or something like that) who made that post about DS was me. Then the guesswhat AE put a link to the DS post IN the post where she/he accused me. Get it?
I don't get why the penis was a big deal either aside from NSFW. But, then again, if you're afraid you're going to get caught looking at a penis then maybe you're too monitored to be on the nest at work anyway.
