Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just check my PM's b/c I am bored and I saw that you replied waaaaaaay back in November about the Nike +. Do you still want it? I will be in RI next weekend doing a run and honestly at this point you can just have it as a thank you for donating to my run :-)
ohhh I know, you show up to where we are running, strap it on and run WITH us. Then you get to keep it at the end......he he he (my evil laugh here)

Running on the Rhode
I hate you very much
We usually do the bike path in Riverside but Karen says it's not going to be good to run on, so we might do Blackstone blvd and then go out for some food in honor of Dani's bday. Amy, Kelly, and Lesa are all coming to run too. Even if you only do a little bit it will still qualify you to just take the Nike +. Seriously, it's just collecting dust at this point.
So we'll keep you posted on where we will be. I think you should become a member of the elite runners posse on FB now!
